They could not upgrade me to a better room without a $200 a night fee or I could downgrade to a worse room without a fee, or I was welcomed to look for other hotels, at least these were the words of manager Crysal Black. When I get to check in on Frinday around 8:30 pm, I was told that the queen bed room was not available anymore, basically was first come first serve and they dont need to honor what I booked. Needed 2 rooms so I booked another one through Expedia wich was a 2 double bed room, as I had 3 elderly with me and we were a party of 5. I booked a 2 queens beds room over the phone directly from Ceasars, and was told I was set for the room. I got a complementary room at Ceasars AC for veterans weekend. *** It was the bus driver for the 9pm return bus from Caesars AC to New York on Nov 20, 2023.… This just makes Caesars a much less appealing place to visit and play. I think the Chinese bus is just selling bus tickets to everyone from New York to AC and returning for a profit - and not in the interest of Caesars. This incident made me very upset and very likely made me consider other casinos and casinos areas to visit. How can Caesars allow their contracted bus to treat their casino patrons that way? I hope Caesars can check into this. I was even threatened to be denied boarding or for me to return home on the next bus which was another 2.5 hours later if I don't do as I am told. When I went to my assigned seat during my boarding to return from Caesars AC to New York, I was told to go and sit at the very end of the bus because the bus company had sold my assigned seat to someone else who is possibly someone that works at one of the casinos in Atlantic City.
